I don’t know! It was just such a cool view through the hole in the blue construction wall. If I’m able to find out I will post again to let people know! Or maybe someone will see this and tell us :)

Those are piles. They’re the result of that slamming noise that’s filled the mornings for the last few weeks. (The thing banging them in is a piledriver by the way, presumably the source of the name of the wrestling move. :) ) I don’t know construction well but as I understand it, the building’s foundation will be built on these instead of in a hole in the ground. I’m not sure if it has to do with the water that collected in there or whatever is buried down in that dirt, but for some reason they don’t want to dig a basement for what they’re going to put there.
