In December 2009, Williamsburg sculptor Boaz Vaadia with assistants Dax Sommerfeld and Mark Porter, assembled the larger-than-life stone sculpture “David.” This was after many months of hand carving stone layers. The piece will be installed in its permanent home in Long Island, NY in spring 2010.
